Platform capability
Products, opportunities, quotes, orders, payments and commission in one system. Two hard constraints: access isolated by party, and key actions logged.
One complete chain, a module for every segment
Keeping data out of scattered spreadsheets and chat threads is exactly where cross-border distribution usually loses control.
Supply and product
Supplier records and verification, product pool, SKU cards, price and channel margin structure.
Channel and partners
Partner records, the six-level system, certification and territory rights, downstream management.
Customers and sales
Customers, leads, opportunities, quotes and follow-up records with clear ownership.
Transaction and fulfilment
Orders, payments, delivery, refunds and disputes, with status visible throughout.
Commission and settlement
Commission ledger, settlement requests, payment status, and automatic anomaly auditing.
Academy and certification
Courses, tests, certification and authorisation scope, linked to product-pool access.
Market and growth
Target-market references, compliance paths and growth delivery tracking.
Data and operations
Network, transaction, partner and financial views of operations.
Administration and governance
Permissions, roles, approvals and action logging; high-risk actions require review.
One AI assistant per business function
AI does not make decisions for people. It releases them from repetitive work and gives part-time partners close to professional execution quality.
Supplier assistant
Document review and verification support.
Product assistant
SKU standardisation and sales-material generation.
Market assistant
Target-market and compliance analysis.
Partner assistant
Operating diagnosis and growth advice.
Lead assistant
Cleansing, scoring and routing of leads.
Sales assistant
Talk tracks, follow-up advice and draft quotes.
Customer assistant
Customer profiles and relationship maintenance.
Commission audit assistant
Commission anomaly detection and audit.
Training assistant
Learning paths and certification coaching.
Analytics assistant
Operating-metric interpretation and attribution.
Orchestration layer
Schedules all of the above so cross-stage tasks flow automatically.
Why commission audit stands alone
Treating "find the commissions that were calculated wrong" as a systemic capability rather than a manual cross-check is the most notable point of the design.
Four workflows, who does what at each stage
| Workflow | Stages |
|---|---|
| Supplier | Apply → KYC / KYB → verification → product assessment → pricing → listing → training → sellable |
| Partner | Apply → review → signing → Academy → certification → product access → acquisition → quote → close |
| Transaction | Lead → Opportunity → Quote → Order → Payment → Fulfilment → Delivery → Commission → Settlement |
| Repeat order | Delivery → Satisfaction → AI next best action → Renewal / upsell / cross-sell |
Two hard constraints, non-negotiable
Trust is expensive in cross-border distribution. These two are the technical preconditions that make the rules trustworthy.
Constraint one · access isolated by party
Data between partners, suppliers and enterprise customers is strictly isolated. Any cross-party read is treated as a security defect, not a convenience.
Constraint two · key actions must be logged
Commission, settlement, level changes and territory rights must leave a record traceable to a specific account and time. Dispute handling therefore has something to stand on.
