Partner programme
A Partner is an independent market-development and customer-relationship party certified by 8FO. Not a paid title, not a stock-holding distributor, and not a recruitment scheme.
From referring one lead to running a country
Each level unlocks a different product pool, quoting scope and territory right. Advancement depends on verified performance alone.
Referral Partner
Entry level. Refer leads and products and earn referral income under the rules. Suitable for part-time testing of whether your network actually converts.
Sales Partner
Advance opportunities independently, issue quotes and close deals. Full quoting rights and opportunity ownership begin here.
Certified Partner
Completed product and sales certification, able to demo to a standard and coordinate delivery. The line between being able to sell and knowing how to sell.
Regional Partner
Holds regional operating rights, may develop and manage downstream partners, and is accountable for regional performance under review.
Country Partner
Runs the country market as a whole, including localised product mix, channel building and compliance coordination.
Strategic Partner
Sets market strategy with 8FO and takes part in product and pricing decisions — a long-term co-creation relationship, not plain distribution.
Seven verifiable indicators
These seven are the only basis for advancement. They are verifiable, not subjectively awarded.
Closed orders
Delivered and paid orders, by volume and quality.
Net payments received
Actual amounts received after tax, refunds and disputes.
Customer satisfaction
Customer feedback and the resolution of complaints.
Product certification
The range of products you can present and sell independently.
Service capability
Real standard of demo, quoting, delivery coordination and after-sales support.
Compliance record
Whether any commercial red line or prohibited practice was breached.
Activity
Genuinely operating, rather than registered and inactive.
Note
Payment amount and recruited headcount are absent from this list. They are explicitly excluded by the rules.
What a level unlocks
Rights open with level, not with the amount paid. Product pool, quoting scope and territory are the three dimensions that matter most.
Products and quoting
- Product-pool access scoped by partner level
- Quotes generated from the pool and authorisation scope, with clear limits
- Standardised sales materials, FAQ, demo and training assets
- AI sales assistance: customer profiles, talk tracks and follow-up advice
Operating and settlement
- Clear customer, opportunity and lead ownership, reducing duplicate claims
- Commission ledger, settlement requests and payment status fully visible
- Regional levels may develop and manage downstream partners under the rules
- Academy courses and four certifications turn "cannot sell" into a completable task
On commission: commission attaches to eligible net payments received and is capped by gross profit. The specific rates are set per product category, level matrix and target market, and confirmed in the signed commission rules and quotation.
Territory is tied to operating capability
Territory protection is not a permanent licence. It has a term, performance targets, activity requirements and an exit mechanism — which is what makes it an incentive rather than a place-holder.
Locked at registration
A partner's country and city are locked on registration, which fixes localised pricing and territory ownership.
Kept by operating
Territory rights are tied to verified performance. A dormant territory is reallocated rather than held indefinitely.
Career path
Part-time partner → professional partner → regional lead → country lead → strategic partner. Going full-time is a path, never a requirement.
Four questions we are asked most
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| I have no product | 8FO provides the product pool. You do not source, stock or negotiate supply yourself. |
| I cannot sell | Complete product and sales certification first. The Academy covers 14 courses and 4 certification types, from product knowledge to objection handling. |
| How much can I earn? | No fixed income is promised. Earnings depend on real customers, closed orders, payments received, product margin and your own effort. |
| Can I have an exclusive territory? | Territory protection is tied to operating capability: it has a term, performance targets, activity requirements and an exit mechanism. |
Red lines (hard constraints, not suggestions): no promise of capital protection, guaranteed returns or passive income; no fabricated income cases; no income based on recruited headcount.
